Graduated from Hanoi Medical University, majoring in Ophthalmology in 2008, in addition to examination and treatment of eye diseases, Dr. Pham Ngoc Quy also pursues a specialization in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgeries, and is mainly responsible for those surgeries at the Japan International Eye Hospital.
